For more than twenty years, I have been fascinated by the body's natural ability to heal, release tension, and return to balance.

My journey began when I experienced Bowen Therapy and its profound effect on my own body.

What touched me most was its simplicity.

The gentle invitation to let go.

The feeling of becoming lighter, freer, and more connected to myself.

Today, I share that same experience with people from all over the world in my practice in Ericeira, Portugal.

After the session I felt like a newborn, so much more in peace and harmony in my body and my being. I can truly say that Katarina has magic hands and she’s a very gifted sensitive therapist.
